Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accepty payment in the following ways:-

1) Personal Cheque either in Pounds Sterling or Euros
2) International money orders, UK Money Orders or Postal Orders
3) PAYPAL
4) NOCHEX

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched. Back ordered items are not charged until they are dispatched. Please note that goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

When you receive our confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Goods will be dispatched using Royal Mail's second class post 'Recorder Signed For' service
Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order right away. You will normally receiveyour order to you within 3 - 4 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the UK17.5% VAT is added.

For orders made from outside the UK, but within the rest of the EU, customers who have a valid VAT registration number should indicate this in the box provided. The goods will then be Zero rated

Orders from outside the EU are not subject to VAT.
Guarantee If your Order is damaged in transit please advise us by e-mail immediately and return the goods to us. They will be replaced and your postage refunded.

If you have any cause for complaint please advise us by e-mail. Our aim is to resolve any complaint to your satisfaction.

In th event of your having ordered an incorrect article, please return the item to us BEFORE breaking the seals.

In the unlikely event of your being supplied with a faulty cartridge, please contact us BEFORE remov ing the cartridge from your printer.
